Ohio Cardinal Conference schools have sponsored OCC Leadership since its inception. Simply put, OCC Leadership has three primary goals:
1. To improve league relations between member schools. This is done through a fall leadership conference in which students are intentionally intermixed with students from other schools in a variety of discussion and group activities. These friendships assist in breaking down barriers between schools. Student exchanges take place during the year to foster goodwill and develop relationships.
2. Through the use of motivational speakers and small group exercises challenge and develop our students to become positive leaders in their schools, develop and identify leadership qualities, and develop the skills needed to make positive choices in life.
3. The students will go back to their home schools and set initiatives to make their schools a better place. Generally these initiatives will revolve around service projects, creating positive school spirit, and simply making your school a better place.
